We are finally up. We have gone downstairs to enjoy the lovely LaQuinta breakfast. Waffles, toast and coffee oh my. There were actually a couple from the Coastal Carolina area and then a fan from WF eating downstairs also. We are in the mist of showering and getting ready to leave. Plans are to hit up Wal-Mart for traveling food/drink supplies for our trip. We will be leaving New Mexico and heading into Arizona to tour the Petrified Forest/Painted Desert & Meteor Crater. We will then travel to Flagstaff for dinner at a famous brewery and then up to the Grand Canyon for the night. Travel time for our trips are 2 hr 45 min to the Petrified Forest from Albuquerque; 1 hour 30 min to Flagstaff from the Petrified Forest/Painted Desert; 1 hr 45 min to the Grand Canyon from Flagstaff.
